150g FAGE Total Yoghurt
1 x 320g sheet of puff pastry (can use shortcrust pasty if preferred)
200g Broccoli Florets (small)
100g Brie, chopped into small chunks
Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5 / 190°C.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and the yoghurt. Add the broccoli florets and the cheese and season.
- Layer a 22cm fluted tart tin with the sheet of pastry. Pour over the egg and broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
