Chilli Beef Tacos


200g FAGE Total

300g topside beef, cut into thin strips

1 tsp hot chilli powder

½ bottle sweet chilli sauce

1 red pepper, deseeded & diced

1 yellow pepper, deseeded & diced

1 red onion, diced

2 tomatoes, skinned, deseeded & diced

2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

8 taco shells

  1. Mix the beef with the hot chilli powder and sweet chilli sauce, season to taste and marinade in fridge for 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl mix the red pepper, yellow pepper, red onion, tomato, coriander and yoghurt to form a salsa.
  3. Flash fry the beef in a hot frying pan, for 3 minutes or a bit longer if you like your beef well done. Fill each taco with the salsa mix, followed by the beef.
