340g pasta, cooked to package directions and cooled
10 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
225g Romaine lettuce, chopped
225g cherry tomato, cut in half
1 small red onion, chopped
85g FAGE Total yogurt
60g Ranch dressing
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together yoghurt, ranch dressing, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over salad and toss.
