Mint, Coriander Yoghurt Sauce


400g FAGE Total Yoghurt

5 mint leaves, chopped

1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped

½ garlic clove, crushed

1 tsp chili powder

salt and ground black pepper 


  1. Spoon the yoghurt, mint, coriander and garlic into a food processor. Add the chilli powder and season. Blend until smooth. Chill until ready to serve with barbecued fish or meat.
