Protein Smoothie


200 g of FAGE Total 5% yoghurt, FAGE Total 2% yoghurt, FAGE Total 0% yoghurt
40 g strawberries
45 g blueberries
1 banana
1.5 g fresh basil
100 ml coconut water

  1. Cut the banana into slices and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
  2. Pour the strawberries, banana slices, basil leaves, blueberries, yoghurt and coconut water into the blender and blend for 1 minute until creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and decorate with fresh fruit and basil leaves.
