Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

40g old-fashioned rolled oats

1 teaspoon chia seeds

160ml milk 

140g FAGE Total Yoghurt

110g pumpkin puree

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

 

    Steps
  1. Add half of rolled oats, half teaspoon of chia seeds, and 1/3 of milk to the bottom of a container or jar.
  2. Add half of pumpkin puree and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg on top of oat mixture. Then add half of yogurt on top of the pumpkin layer.
  3. Repeat with oats, chia seeds, and milk and top with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and yogurt.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy in the morning as is or with any additional toppings.
