4 tbsp FAGE Total
1 litre vegetable stock
240g purple sprouting broccoli
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 stick celery, finely chopped
2 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
1 - 2 tsp corn flour, with splash water
2 tbsp chives, chopped
- Bring the vegetable stock to the boil and add broccoli, onion, celery and garlic. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes until the broccoli is tender and soft.
Add the corn flour and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and blitz in a liquidiser. Season to taste and serve with a generous dollop of FAGE Total yoghurt and chopped chives.
