Sweet Crepes

Ingredients

350 g of FAGE Total 5% yoghurt, FAGE Total 2% yoghurt, FAGE Total 0% yoghurt

120 ml corn oil

150 g flour

6 large eggs

100 ml water

a pinch of salt

Decoration:

350 g of FAGE Total 5% yoghurt, FAGE Total 2% yoghurt, FAGE Total 0% yoghurt

200 g of fresh fruit (orange, apple, grapes)

    Steps
  1. Put the yoghurt, eggs, corn oil and water in a large container and mix with a whisk. Then add the flour and a pinch of salt. Mix until the mixture is smooth and uniform. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat after greasing it with oil. Pour in some of the batter and turn the pan so that the batter covers the bottom. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time.
  3. Flip the crepe over and cook the other side. Repeat for the remaining batter.
  4. Decorate with fresh fruit and a spoonful of yoghurt.
