Tarragon Chicken Basket

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded

1 celery, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped

Ground black pepper

4 small tortilla wraps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / Fan oven 170°C / Gas Mark 5.
  2. Mix together the chicken, celery, FAGE Total 2% yoghurt and tarragon. Cover and chill in the fridge while making the tortilla bowl.
  3. Turn a 12 cup muffin pan upside down and spray or brush the cups with oil. Ease the tortilla wraps over the cups to make a basket shape. Spray or brush each basket with oil and bake for 8 – 10 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.
  4. Just before serving fill the baskets with the chicken filling and season with black pepper.
