100g FAGE Total
2 chicken escalopes
4 slices freshly baked tiger bread
1 bulb garlic
50g sun blushed tomato
Handful rocket Salt & pepper to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6 / 200°C / 400°F. Roast the bulb of garlic until soft and golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Chop the sun blushed tomatoes and place in a bowl, cut the bulb of garlic in half horizontally and squeeze out the pulp. Mix the garlic with the sun blush tomatoes, add in the yoghurt and mix together. Season to taste.
- Season and cook the chicken by either grilling or char grilling until the juices run clear. Keep the chicken warm whilst you grill the tiger bread until Igolden brown.
- Place the bread on your plate and sprinkle on a handful of rocket and then a layer of dressing. Place the chicken on top, add another layer of dressing and sandwich between the bread.
