Apple, Red Cabbage, Raisin & Pine Nut Salad


150g FAGE Total

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil

½ small red cabbage, finely shredded

1 apple, cored & thinly sliced

5 tbsp raisins

2 tbsp pine nuts

  1. In a small bowl mix together the yoghurt, mustard, lemon juice and oil. Season.
  2. Mix the cabbage, apple and raisins together in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss. Scatter with pine nuts and serve.
