Chocolate Oatcake


2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons FAGE Total 0% yoghurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until smooth.
  4. Pour into a prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the centre.
