Chocolate Peanut Butter Yoghurt Parfait

Ingredients

280g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, more for garnish

4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter, divided

2 teaspoons honey, more for garnish

Pinch of cinnamon

2 medium bananas, sliced

90g chocolate chips or chocolate chunks, more for garnish

Peanuts, crushed (optional)

    Steps
  1. In a small bowl, stir yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon until just combined.
  2. Place ¼ of the yoghurt mixture into each parfait glass. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in each glass and top with bananas and chocolate.
  3. Add the remaining ¼ of yoghurt mixture to each glass.
  4. Top with extra yoghurt, crushed peanuts, and honey.
