Elderflower & Pear Smoothie

A filling smoothie to kick start the day!


500g FAGE Total

4 medium ripe pears

5 tbsp elderflower cordial

250ml cloudy apple juice

8 tbsp porridge oats

4 handfuls ice

Raspberries, to garnish 

  1. Core the pears and cut into slices, reserving a few to garnish. Put all of the ingredients, apart from the raspberries, into a blender and whizz until smooth. Add a splash of milk for a thinner consistency. Pour into 4 glasses, garnish with pear slices and a few raspberries and serve.
