Mixed Berry Parfait Popsicles


280g FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

100g mixed berries, coarsely chopped

4 tablespoons agave, honey, or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

50g granola

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix yoghurt, berries, agave, and vanilla extract with a rubber spatula.
  2. Divide yoghurt mixture among popsicle molds, leaving about half an inch on top for the granola.
  3. Top each popsicle with granola and insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
