Red Cabbage Salad


150 g FAGE Total Yoghurt

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

2 tbsp lemon juice

½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil

½ small red cabbage, finely shredded

1 apple, cored and thinly sliced

5 tbsp raisins

2 tbsp pine nuts

  1. In a small bowl combine the yoghurt, mustard, lemon juice and oil, then season.
  2. Mix the cabbage, apple and raisins together in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss. Scatter with pine nuts and serve.
