1 tbsp olive oil

2 red peppers, deseeded & sliced

3 cloves garlic, sliced

Pinch chilli flakes or 1 tbsp jarred jalapenos, drained

200g reduced fat feta, crumbled Bread, to serve Paprika, to serve

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add peppers and cook for 5 minutes until softened slightly. Add the garlic and chilli flakes or jalapenos and cook for a further 5 minutes over a low heat until golden. Cool.
  2. Put the peppers and any juices into a food processor with the feta and whizz until smooth. Stir in the FAGE Total 0% yoghurt and spoon into a serving dish. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Dust the bread with paprika and lightly toast. Serve with the spread.
