Yoghurt, Beetroot, Orange & Mint Dip
250g FAGE Total
3 beetroot, cooked & peeled
Juice of ½ an orange
1 tbsp chopped mint
- Chop the beetroot very finely; add the orange juice, chopped mint and the FAGE Total yoghurt. Fold until combined.
- Serve with smoked mackerel, or as a dip with a selection of crudities.
