Yoghurt with Quinoa, Chocolate and Honey

Ingredients

150g FAGE Total Yoghurt

70g quinoa

½ banana, sliced

3 strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tbsp flaked almonds

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp Nutella

    Steps
  1. Combine the quinoa in 250ml water in a medium saucepan. Place over a medium heat and bring to the boil, reduce the heat to a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Once the water is absorbed, remove the quinoa from the heat and leave it for 5 minutes. When cool, stir in the yoghurt. Stir in the remaining ingredients, and serve.
