Baked Chocolate Muffin & Raspberry Pudding

500g FAGE Total

4 chocolate muffins

1 punnet of raspberries

½ a pint of milk

4 egg yolks

    Steps
  1. Slice the muffins and arrange in an oven proof dish. Sprinkle the raspberries on top.
  2. Boil the milk, then whisk the hot milk on to the egg yolks and allow to cool for a little while.
  3. Whisk in the yoghurt, pour over the muffins and raspberries and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
