Baked Chocolate Muffin & Raspberry Pudding
500g FAGE Total
4 chocolate muffins
1 punnet of raspberries
½ a pint of milk
4 egg yolks
- Slice the muffins and arrange in an oven proof dish. Sprinkle the raspberries on top.
- Boil the milk, then whisk the hot milk on to the egg yolks and allow to cool for a little while.
- Whisk in the yoghurt, pour over the muffins and raspberries and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
