Baked White Chocolate and Blueberry Summer Tart
100g FAGE Total
150g white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ready to bake tart case
- Pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 5 / 350F / 180°C).
- Blind bake tart case as per manufactures instruction.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl then mix in TOTAL Yoghurt, milk, eggs and vanilla essence to make a custard.
- Sprinkle the blueberries into the flan case and then pour the white chocolate custard over then bake in an oven for 25/30 minutes until set. Let the tart chill for two hours.
