Ingredients
Cookie base:
250g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
100g unsalted butter, softened
60g FAGE Total yoghurt
200g light brown sugar
100g caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Topping:
150g softened cream cheese
150g FAGE Total yoghurt
120 grams powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
150 grams strawberries
125 grams raspberries
80 grams blueberries
80 grams blackberries

Steps
- Preheat oven - 200 degrees
- For the cookie base, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt
- Beat the butter, yoghurt, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add the flour mixture
- On a clean surface sprinkle some flour and roll out the cookie dough - about 10-inches

Transfer the dough - a 10-inch pizza pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until the edges are
golden brown
- In a large bowl whisk together cream cheese, yoghurt, sugar, vanilla extract and salt
- Chill the yogurt mixture until the cookie is completely cooled
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the cookie and decorate with berries
- Keep refrigerated until ready - serve
