Banana Pudding Parfait

2 large ripe bananas

450g FAGE Total yoghurt

1 tablespoon honey, agave, or maple syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

100g granola

  1. In a large bowl, mash 1 banana. Add yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  2. Slice up the remaining banana and set aside.
  3. Add 25g of granola to the bottom of each parfait glass.
  4. Add banana yogurt and a few pieces of banana. Repeat until you reach the top.
