2 large ripe bananas
450g FAGE Total yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey, agave, or maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, mash 1 banana. Add yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Slice up the remaining banana and set aside.
- Add 25g of granola to the bottom of each parfait glass.
- Add banana yogurt and a few pieces of banana. Repeat until you reach the top.
