Ingredients

480ml milk of your choice
340g FAGE Total 0% yoghurt
2 frozen bananas
1 cup of ice cream
6 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon almond butter or nut butter of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
