FAGE Total Yoghurt Pumpkin Parfait


Pumpkin Butter:

1 (800g) can pumpkin puree

170g maple syrup

125ml water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt 



FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%

 60g toasted chopped pecans

4 cinnamon stick

1 sprig mint

  1. In a large saucepan, stir and combine all Pumpkin Puree ingredients and boil over medium-high heat.
  2. As it bubbles, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once puree is thickened, remove from heat and cool completely.
  4. Alternate layering parfait with FAGE Total Yoghurt, Pumpkin Butter and garnish with pecans, cinnamon stick and mint.
