Honey & Ginger Rippled Yoghurt with Coconut, Orange & Nectarines

Total 0% yoghurt with ginger, a drizzle of honey and topped with fruit.

Ingredients

400g FAGE Total 0%

2 tbsp honey

3 balls stem ginger in syrup, finely chopped

3 oranges, peeled & sliced

3 nectarines or peaches, sliced

25g toasted flaked coconut 

    Steps
  1. Spoon the FAGE Total 0% yoghurt into a bowl. In another bowl mix together the honey and ginger, add to the Greek yoghurt and swirl through. Scatter fruits into 4 bowls, top with the yoghurt and sprinkle over the coconut.
