Overnight Oats Jars

Leave oats in the fridge overnight
3 jars

For the base:
1 cup oats 
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup 
2 tablespoons FAGE Total yogurt
1 cup milk of choice

For the chocolate jar: 
Add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

For the carrot jar: 
1 small grated carrot, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

For the banana jar: 
1/2 mashed banana mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. In each jar, add all ingredients (one layer on top of the other) and mix well.
  2. Top up with FAGE Total Greek yogurt (optional) and desired toppings.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
