Ingredients
200g FAGE Total
2 shallots, finely chopped
3 - 4 tbsp tahini
1 -2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Steps
- Mix together the shallots, FAGE Total yoghurt, tahini, 1 tbsp lemon juice and parsley. Taste and season. Add more lemon juice to taste. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve with warm flatbreads.
