155g self raising flour
185g Fage Total Yoghurt
3 tbsp anti pasti such as griddled peppers, artichokes, courgettes
6 slices Proscuito
- Preheat the oven to 200C, fan 180C, Gas Mark 6.
- Place the flour and yoghurt in a large bowl and with clean hands bring the mixture together to form a dough.
- Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Top with a selection of antipasti, Prosciutto and a sprinkle of rocket.
