Blood Orange, Avocado & Fennel Salad with FAGE Total Dressing

3 oranges, peeled & thinly sliced

1 large avocado, peeled, stoned & sliced

1 large head fennel, finely sliced

80g pitted black olives

Zest & juice ½ large lemon

2 tbsp chopped chives

1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Mix oranges, avocado, fennel and olives in a large bowl. To make the dressing, in a small bowl mix the FAGE Total 0%, lemon zest and juice, chives, olive oil and season.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well.
