French Toast with Summer Fruits & Vanilla Yoghurt

Brighten up your brunch. Make this French Toast with Summer Fruits & Vanilla Yoghurt recipe


3 tbsp. FAGE Total 0% Yoghurt, plus 200g

2 eggs, beaten

100ml milk

1 tsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp. honey

20g butter

4 thick slices white bread, crusts removed

300g mixed summer fruits

1 tsp vanilla paste 


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp. FAGE Total, eggs, milk, cinnamon and 2 tbsp. honey.
  2. Melt a little of the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Dip a slice of bread into the yoghurt and egg mixture until well soaked, add to the hot pan and cook for 1-2 mins until golden. Turn over and repeat. Remove toast and keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter, bread and egg mix.
  3. Meanwhile, mix fruits with remaining honey in a bowl. Mix remaining FAGE Total Yoghurt with vanilla in a separate bowl. Top each slice of toast with berries and a dollop of vanilla yoghurt and serve.
