Homemade hazelnut & Honey Granola with Yoghurt

Crunchy granola with a big dollop of Yoghurt

Ingredients

200g porridge oats

50g sunflower seeds

50ml vegetable oil

100g chopped hazelnuts

6tbsp clear honey

1 tsp ground cinnamon

100g mixed dried fruits geo berries etc

Dollop of FAGE Total 

    Steps
  1. In a large bowl mix oats, sunflowers seeds, cinnamon, vegetable oil, honey and hazel nuts together
  2. Place on a non stick baking tray and bake for 20 minutes Gas mark 3 or 140C, until golden.
  3. Remove from oven and mix in the dry fruits, bake for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool and serve with FAGE Total Yoghurt.
