Mango & Pomegranate Yoghurt Bowl

490g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%

1 mango, peeled

30g pomegranate arils

65g granola

Honey to taste

Mint for garnish

    Steps
  1. Place 245g of yoghurt in each bowl.
  2. Slice peeled mango to the right and left of the center core. Place mango cut side down and slice into very thin pieces.
  3. Roll the first piece into a tight circle and place it on a flat surface. Wrap the rest of the pieces of mango around the center piece to form “petals.” Keep adding pieces to the outer edges until you’ve reached your desired size of “rose.” Repeat to form additional mango roses. Place the roses on top of the yogurt.
  4. Divide pomegranate arils, granola, honey, and mint leaves among the two bowls and serve immediately.
