Yoghurt Bubble & Squeak with Ham & Fried Egg
50g FAGE Total
150g mash potato/roast potato
1 tsp chopped herbs
50g diced ham
50g sprouts or cabbage, cooked & chopped
1 tsp oil
2 whole eggs
- In a large bowl mix the potato, herbs, ham and sprouts or cabbage together, then add the yoghurt to bind. Season to taste.
- Form the mixture into two patties and pan fry till golden brown.
- Fry or poach the eggs and place on top with the ham.
