Greek Yoghurt Guacamole
Ingredients

3 ripe avocados, pitted and cubed 
2–3 tablespoons lime juice (to taste) 
1 teaspoon fine sea salt 
140 g of FAGE Total 5%, 2% or 0% 
75g cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced 
30 g red onion, chopped 
15 g fresh cilantro, finely chopped 
2 cloves of garlic, minced 
1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped 
Tortilla chips for serving

Steps
In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, lime juice, and salt. Mash lightly with a fork.
Add the FAGE Total yogurt, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, and jalapeño. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips and enjoy.

Cheesy Chicken Dip
Ingredients

225g package cream cheese, at room temperature
125g FAGE Total yoghurt 0%, 2% or 5%
250g rotisserie chicken, shredded and roughly diced
325g shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
45g grated parmesan cheese
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tomato, diced
Fresh basil, julienned

Steps
Preheat oven to 190 Celsius degrees.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and yoghurt with a handheld mixer until smooth.
Fold in the chicken, 224g of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic and onion powder and mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a 20 cm iron pan, or baking dish and spread the dip evenly.
Top with the remaining 112g mozzarella cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with diced tomato and fresh basil and serve with a baguette, chips, vegetables, or crackers of your choice.

Caprese Salad with Balsamic Dip
Ingredients

Creamy Balsamic Dressing:
200g Greek yoghurt FAGE Total
60ml balsamic vinegar
120ml extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Crown:
30 forestry skewers (10cm long)
1 jar peppers, drained, deseeded and halved
300 g small mozzarella balls
350 g cherry tomato
2-3 handfuls of fresh basil, washed and dried
Pitted green olives
Sprigs of rosemary

Steps
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yoghurt, vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Thread the tomatoes, basil and mozzarella onto the skewers. Thread the peppers, mozzarella and olives onto each of the two skewers.
Place the skewers around a round serving dish to form a crown.
Garnish with rosemary. Serve with the creamy balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

Garlic confit :
Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Herbs of your choice (rosemary, oregano, thyme, chilli petals, fennel, etc.)

Yoghurt sauce :
FAGE Total 5% yoghurt
Lemon zest
Herbs of your choice
Salt

Steps
Prepare the garlic by separating the cloves from the heads and peeling them.
Place the ingredients in a deep baking tray or casserole dish. Place the rosemary first, for example, then add the garlic cloves and pour in enough oil to completely submerge the garlic.
Slowly roast the garlic in the oven for around 2 hours at 90°C (fan assisted). Once ready, the roasted garlic cloves will be tender and lightly browned, but not too much.
Allow the garlic confit to cool enough to remove the herbs (if you wish). To speed up the cooling time, place your container of garlic confit in an ice bath. Once cooled, transfer to a sterilised glass jar and refrigerate immediately.
For the yoghurt sauce, mix all the ingredients together, then add the garlic confit on top.

Spicy Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:

60g ketchup

60g siracha sauce

1 tablespoon sweet relish

1 tablespoon onion, minced

Basil Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:

10g fresh basil, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
For the spicy yogurt sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
For the basil yogurt sauce, combine all ingredients in another bowl and mix until well combined.
Serve with your favorite hamburger, turkey burger, chicken burger, or veggie burger.

2 tablespoons mayo

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon agave or honey (optional for a sweeter sauce)

1 tablespoon water (optional for a thinner sauce)

1 ½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon mirin (rice wine)

1 teaspoon melted butter

1 teaspoon tomato paste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Steps
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Serve with your favorite hibachi or stir-fry.

Halloumi cheese
Mushrooms
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Zucchini
A little olive oil
Skewers

For the yogurt dip:
80g FAGE Total 0% yoghurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp finely chopped fresh mint
1 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander
A pinch of salt & pepper

Steps
Cut and slice the ingredients and alternate them on the skewers.
Sprinkle them with a little olive oil and grill until the vegetables soften and take on color.
Mix all the ingredients for the yogurt dip and serve as soon as the skewers are ready.

Ingredients

400g FAGE Total yoghurt
5 mint leaves, chopped
Cilantro, finely chopped, 1 tablespoon
½ clove garlic, crushed
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt and ground black pepper

Steps
Pour the yoghurt, mint, coriander and garlic into a blender. Add the chilli powder and season. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve, serve with grilled fish or meat.

Spicy Avocado Yoghurt Dip
Ingredients

200gr Salsa Verde

1 ripe avocado, peeled and seeded 

35gr fresh coriander

1 lime, juiced

80gr FAGE Total yoghurt

Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
Place salsa, avocado, coriander, and lime juice into a food processor and pulse until combined.
Fold in yoghurt, salt, and pepper and mix until smooth.

Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.
