Ingredients

1 cup frozen cranberries

½ cup pomegranate juice

½ cup milk or milk substitute

1 cup FAGE Total Greek yogurt (0% fat recommended)

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional)

Steps
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with additional cranberries.

Creamy Whipped Yogurt 120 g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% 80 ml heavy cream 1½ tbsp maple syrup or agave ¼ tsp vanilla extract Shake 360 ml whole milk or milk alternative 300 g mixed frozen or fresh berries 1 medium ripe banana (about 120 g) 240 g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% 2 tbsp maple syrup ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp almond syrup or extract Ice (optional, or add if using fresh fruit) Toppings Mixed berry purée Crushed digestive biscuit 

Steps
In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, slowly whisk yoghurt, heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract for a few seconds until the mixture comes together.
Increase the speed to high and whisk for about 3-4 minutes or until soft peaks are formed. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Use a dab of maple syrup to wet the rim of a tall glass. Dip the rim into crushed digestive biscuit.
Spoon whipped yoghurt to the sides of the rimmed glasses and add a few tablespoons of the mixed berry puree to the sides of the glass.
In a blender, add milk, berries, banana, yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond syrup and blend until smooth.
Pour into the prepared glasses and serve.

Pistachio & Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

240 ml milk (or milk substitute)
80 g FAGE Total yogurt (0%, 2%, 5%) 
45 g pistachio cream (plus extra for garnish)
½ frozen banana (~60 g)
15 ml maple syrup / honey / agave
15 g chocolate chips
20 g kataifi shredded phyllo dough, toasted (plus extra for garnish)
Handful of ice (optional)

Toppings:
Warm chocolate fudge
Coarsely chopped unshelled pistachios

Steps
Blend milk, FAGE Total yogurt, pistachio cream, banana, sweetener, chocolate chips, kataifi, and ice until smooth.
Smear inside of a tall glass with chocolate fudge and pistachio cream.
Pour shake in. Top with extra fudge, kataifi, and chopped pistachios.

Ingredients

240 ml coconut water or milk alternative
120g FAGE Total yoghurt
1 fresh or frozen banana
165g fresh or frozen mango 
½ fresh or frozen avocado 
½ lemon, freshly squeezed 
2 teaspoons ceremonial matcha powder
1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or agave
Handful of ice (if using fresh fruit)

Cup decoration and topping:
FAGE Total yoghurt
Ceremonial matcha powder

Steps
In a blender, add coconut water, yogurt, banana, mango, avocado, lemon juice, matcha powder, honey and ice, and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of yogurt to the bottom of the glass and smear the yogurt to the sides of the glass.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of matcha powder and smear to the sides of the glass.
Pour matcha smoothie into the prepared glass.
Mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt and a splash of water and fill a small piping bag or a squeeze bottle. Pipe two curved yogurt lines to mimic lines of a tennis ball.

1 frozen banana, sliced
70 g frozen blackberries
70 g frozen strawberries
 200g frozen acai puree

Steps
Add milk, yogurt, banana, blackberries, strawberries, and acai puree into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Divide smoothie into two bowls and top with your favorite toppings.

60 ml whole milk or milk alternative  
2 tablespoons vanilla syrup 
2 cups of cold brew coffee
Crushed ice

Steps
Add yoghurt, milk, and vanilla syrup to the frothing pitcher and using a handheld frother, whip the mixture for 20-30 seconds or until the mixture has increased in volume by at least half.
Fill a tall cup with ice and add cold brew coffee.
Pour cold foam over the iced coffee and serve immediately.

3 tablespoons crème de coconut

Steps
1. Place bananas, pineapple, yogurt, coconut milk, crème de coconut into a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve smoothie immediately garnished with toasted coconut flakes, lime wedges, pineapple wedges or cherries.

480ml cashew milk or milk alternative of your choice

360gr FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%

2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave

2 tablespoons cashew butter or nut butter of your choice, divided

1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

1 tablespoon chocolate chips

1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

Steps
Blend bananas, cashew milk, yogurt, maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of cashew butter, and cocoa powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
Squeeze about 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup onto the wall of each glass. Smear the remaining cashew butter onto the glass and pour the smoothie into the glass. Top with chocolate chips and walnuts. Serve immediately.
